Access Okanagan (A-OK)

Hi

There is a property we are interested in buying with a vacant plot next to it. We want of find out who owns it and
if it can ever be built on. The lot is on a slope and their is a property behind it, whose view would be completely blocked if it was built on but I understand planners do not take this into consideration when considering giving consent to build.

If someone could point us in the right direction on whom we could contact to give us the information we would be grateful.

Here's a link that lists the departments & contacts for Peachland City Hall. The Planning department might be useful in helping guide you (See under Municipal Hall). I'm not sure if you would need to go through the Land Title office to get further information.
